4 Days in Birding Paradise
Day 1 — Arrival & First Wings
Private pickup from Cali airport or your hotel. Welcome toast with tropical fruits. Settle into your suite — your deck feeders are already busy. Sunset session from your room: tanagers, motmots, hummingbirds. Welcome dinner at 6:30 PM.
Day 2 — Doña Dora: The Legendary Feeders
5:00 AM departure to the legendary Doña Dora feeders. Targets: Andean Cock-of-the-Rock, Flame-rumped & Crimson-backed Tanagers, hummingbirds at arm's length. Trail snack, lunch back at the lodge bistro. Afternoon: optional Garden & Herbal Workshop.
Day 3 — La Florida & Forest Trails
Breakfast at 6:30 AM, then La Florida reserve — tinamous, motmots, mixed flocks in pristine habitat. Gourmet picnic on-site. Afternoon free at the lodge: trails, pool, or photography in the gardens.
Day 4 — Bosque de Niebla & Farewell
Breakfast at 6:30 AM, final morning session in the high-elevation forest — Colombian Chachalaca, Apical Flycatcher. Lunch on site. Private transfer back to Cali in the late afternoon.
