Hotel Guidelines
Welcome to a sanctuary of tranquility and deep connection with nature. Our lodge is designed for you to enjoy birdwatching, butterflies, and frogs along unique trails—all while helping us preserve this natural paradise in Dagua.
Important Times
Check-In (Rooms): From 2:00 PM
Room Check-Out: By 12:00 PM
You are welcome to enjoy common areas after check-out, unless otherwise indicated.
Latest Arrival Time: 8:00 PM
Please notify us via our official WhatsApp or phone number if you expect to arrive later.
Respect for Nature
Please respect all native plants and animals.
Do not litter—use the designated recycling points.
Keep noise to a minimum on the trails to avoid disturbing the birds and fellow guests.
Restaurant Hours
Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
(Please let us know in advance if you require lunch at a different time due to tours or activities).
Dinner: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Pool Access
Open Daily: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Swimsuits are required.
Parking
Private, secure parking is available on-site.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with proper care and hygiene.
Additional fee: $10 USD per night.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Sanctionable Pet Incidents
- Pet waste found on beds, room floors, or in bathrooms.
- Damage to linens, pillows, blankets, or mattress covers.
- Chewing or scratching damage to property or room elements.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and covering any repair or cleaning costs resulting from damages or incidents. Penalty for non-compliance: $80 USD.
Quiet Hours
From 9:00 PM onward, please keep noise to a minimum in common areas to respect everyone’s rest.
Children & Minors
Minors are allowed only when accompanied by a responsible adult or legal guardian.
Important: In accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors is a criminal and civil offense in Colombia.
Prohibited
Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
Consumption of alcohol in common areas may result in a $40 USD penalty.
Right of Admission
We reserve the right of admission.
